Strategic Plan:

                                                                 COMING SOON!

Focus Groups:

With the assistance of the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Rural Development Division, Statistics Canada data was acquired and analyzed to provide a socio-economic profile of our nine municipalities  individually and our service area as a whole. Focus groups were conducted in seven of our nine municipalities to gather local intelligence concerning the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of their respective local economies as well as gather  ideas for  initiatives that could be beneficial to the development of the local economy.

Statistical and local data was analyzed and compiled into a report. The information was used to develop strategies for most effectively using our resources to address issues and capitalize on opportunities for our local rural economy.  These strategies have been used to create our three-year business plan. Information was gathered in theTownship of Woolwich through a written survey and in the Township of North Dumfries through reports generated from focus groups held by the Social Planning Council of Cambridge and North Dumfries .
